During the session, I will act as a channel to transmit this energy in whatever way is needed. Reiki activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and stress relief. After guiding you through a meditation, I'll send the energy and bring you back from your meditation once complete. This session may include various shamanic tools, sound bowls/tuning forks, crystals, and tarot cards. I will share any insights received during the session and answer any questions you may have before concluding the healing. Sessions are a full hour long and are available in person, over the phone, or on Zoom - with no difference in potency!
